The Channahon Action Center allows internet users the ability to find answers to common questions, ask questions that are not yet answered, and request services.  This system is from WebQA, and will enhance how citizens interact with the Village 24/7.

The Channahon Action Center is an organic system, meaning that it will grow and change over time and use.  As more questions are asked, more immediate answers will become available.  The number of service requests offered via the internet will also increase as time goes on. 

In addition to asking questions and requesting services, residents may also track the history of their interactions and view the status of any pending requests.  The Channahon Action Center can be viewed on any computer with internet access by visiting www.support.channahon.org, or clicking below.
