The Village of Channahon offers a wide range of development opportunities. Sites are available for commercial, industrial, and business park uses. The most unique development opportunity is the 100-acre Town Center. Its master plan includes shops and parks, offices and entertainment, a government center, a church, school, and a variety of housing types.
