Job Hunter and Entrepreneur Boot Camp - July 8, 2010

Please join Congresswoman Debbie Halvorson for her 3^rd Job Hunter and Entrepreneur Boot Camp in the 11^th Congressional District.  The event is July 8^th starting at 10:00 a.m. located at Governors State University in University Park, IL.

The Job Hunter and Entrepreneur Boot Camp will offer participants a chance to better prepare themselves for the changing job market with practical advice from a number of area professionals. Attendees will also have the opportunity to participate in workshops on topics ranging from navigating the job market online to finance and budgeting as well as a chance to have their resumes critiqued.

Veterans’ will have an opportunity to work with the VA and IDES and the programs they offer to veterans of the armed services.

In addition to job seekers, small business owners and those looking to start their own will have an opportunity to learn from the Small Business Development Center, the Small Business Administration, and others in attendance about the secrets to getting your business going and growing.

Senior's Golden Years Club Bingo & Free Lunch
