People for Channahon Parks Foundation Presents Howl for the Parks – January 28, 2012

A first for the area, Howl for the Parks will take place January 28, 2012 at Four Rivers Environmental Education Center. If you have enjoyed one of the "Howl at the Moon" dueling piano bar experiences in a major city, you know what you're in for. If you haven't, prepare yourself for a night of unique entertainment and fun as two piano players go head to head nonstop with the crowd! The Foundation's new event will include food and drink, silent and live auctions, and other entertainment throughout the evening. The ExxonMobil Community Philanthropic Award will also be presented. Visit www.PeopleForChannahonParks.org for ticket information.

Founded in 2009, the People for Channahon Parks Foundation is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization. A Board of Directors consisting of 11 local community members works with the Foundation’s mission to provide opportunities for the preservation of open space and the development of recreational resources within the Channahon Park District.
