If you are planning to file a petition for the April 6, 2021 Consolidated Election, please contact the Village Hall at 815-467-6644 to arrange a time and date to drop off your materials. Petitions must be received no earlier than 8:30 A.M., Monday, December 14, 2020 and no later than 5:00 P.M. Monday, December 21, 2020. Village administrative staff will be available during normal business hours during this time period to accept petitions. Should more than one petition be filed at the same time, by mail or in person, on December 14, 2020 at 8:30 a.m., or any other time, then a lottery to determine ballot order will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 28, 2020 at the Village of Channahon.
Petitions and election materials are available for circulation at the Village of Channahon, 24555 S. Navajo Drive, Channahon, IL 60410 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please call the Village Hall at 815-467-6644 with questions or to make arrangements to pick up this information.
