Those residents who are enrolled in paperless utility billing, please note that you may not have received your October 2019 utility bill sent out on the 1st of November 2019. It has been discovered that if your email address uses a comcast.net extension, you may not have received the email that was generated for the October 2019 billing cycle. Please check your spam or junk folder if you did not receive the October 2019 utility bill and you utilize a comcast.net email and are enrolled in paperless utility billing. If you would like a copy of your most current utility bill, please contact the Finance Department at email@example.com. Please make sure to include in the email your first and last name, account number and/or street address. In order to avoid this issue in the future, please be sure 'firstname.lastname@example.org' is added as a trusted source in your Comcast email account.
