I am moving how do I close my account?

If you have water/sewer you must contact the Utility Billing Department to schedule a final meter read, please allow forty-eight hours lead time. The reading will be taken the day of closing/moving or one day prior. The final bill is prepared immediately and available for payment at the Village Hall

If you have refuse service only, you still must notify us that you are moving. Final bills must be paid prior to issuing real estate transfer stamps.
