The Village has received many questions lately about waste disposal, and we want to ensure all residents have the correct information to help keep our community clean!

Your Go-To for Waste Questions: LRS

To help avoid confusion and ensure proper collection, please remember to contact LRS first when you have questions about:

• Bulk collection items
• Acceptable and unacceptable waste in your totes
• Hassle-free mattress disposal
• Special services like dumpster rentals, white goods collection, or construction or demolition debris disposal

In recent weeks, we've received reports of some items left at the curb that LRS can't pick up, or totes being used incorrectly. A quick call or visit to the LRS website before you put anything out (other than your regular household trash) can prevent your items from being left behind. Residents who regularly need more than one refuse tote can rent additional totes directly from LRS by calling them at 815-725-4555.
