The Village of Channahon is excited to announce a new residential development in partnership with JCD Residential. Approved by the Village Board in March 2025, the project will bring a 240-unit, market-rate apartment community to a 12-acre site near Yellow Pine Drive and Saxony Drive. The development will consist of six buildings and feature upscale amenities, including a 2,800-square-foot clubhouse, an outdoor swimming pool, and ample green space for residents to enjoy.
Construction is anticipated to begin in early fall 2025, with project completion expected between late 2026 and early 2027.
