Notice is hereby given for the Consolidated Election on April 1, 2025 for local elected officials for the Village of Channahon. Petitions and election materials will be available for circulation on Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at the Village of Channahon, 24555 S. Navajo Drive, Channahon, IL 60410, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Positions up for election are three (3) Village Trustee, all positions are four (4) year terms.
Petitions must be received no earlier than Tuesday, November 12, 2024 and no later than Monday, November 18, 2024. Position on the ballot is determined by time and receipt of petitions. Should more than one petition be filed at the same time, by mail or in person, on Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at 8:30 a.m. or any other time, a lottery to determine ballot order will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 20, 2024 at the Village of Channahon.
