To perform deck patching and repairs to I-80 bridges in Joliet, eastbound I-80 will be reduced to one lane between Wheeler Avenue and Richards Street beginning Friday, October 20, weather permitting. The ramp from Chicago Street (U.S. 52/Illinois 53) to eastbound I-80 will also be closed. Please see the photos below from IDOT for detour routes.
